2. Quali dati trattiamo, perché e su quale base giuridica

Modulo di contatto	Nome, email e testo del messaggio, per rispondere alla tua richiesta e, se lo chiedi, per preparare un preventivo o un test. Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Email che ci scrivi direttamente	Indirizzo email e contenuto del messaggio, per risponderti. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b) o nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere alle comunicazioni ricevute (art. 6.1.f).
Statistiche di visita (Google Analytics 4)	Dati di navigazione in forma aggregata e pseudonima (pagine viste, provenienza, dispositivo, invio del modulo), con IP anonimizzato. Solo se clicchi "Accetta" nel banner. Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR e art. 122 Codice Privacy), revocabile in ogni momento.
Dati tecnici del sito	Dati necessari al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito (es. log del server) e preferenze salvate nel tuo browser (lingua, scelta sui cookie). Base giuridica: legittimo interesse al corretto funzionamento del sito (art. 6.1.f); per le preferenze tecniche non serve il consenso.

3. Conferimento dei dati

Il conferimento dei dati nel modulo è facoltativo, ma senza nome ed email non possiamo risponderti. Il consenso a Google Analytics è facoltativo: se lo neghi, il sito funziona normalmente.

4. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

Richieste dal modulo e email: per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta; se non ne nasce un rapporto commerciale, al massimo 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Se diventi cliente, i dati sono conservati per la durata del rapporto e poi per i tempi previsti dalla legge (es. 10 anni per i documenti contabili).
Google Analytics: i dati legati a utenti ed eventi sono conservati per il periodo impostato nella proprietà Analytics (2 mesi); i cookie di Analytics restano nel tuo browser fino a 2 anni, salvo cancellazione o revoca.
Preferenze tecniche (lingua, scelta sui cookie): restano nel tuo browser finché non le cancelli.

5. A chi comunichiamo i dati

I dati non vengono diffusi né venduti. Possono trattarli, come responsabili del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR), i fornitori che usiamo per far funzionare il sito e la posta:

Resend, Inc. (USA)	Invio delle email generate dal modulo di contatto (server di invio nell'Unione Europea).
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC	Casella di posta (Google Workspace) e, solo con il tuo consenso, statistiche (Google Analytics 4).
Render Services, Inc. (USA)	Hosting del sito.

I dati possono essere trattati anche da persone autorizzate di BVO S.r.l. e, se necessario, da consulenti (es. commercialista, legale) e autorità, nei limiti di legge.

6. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea

Alcuni fornitori (Google LLC, Resend, Render) hanno sede negli Stati Uniti, quindi i dati possono essere trasferiti negli USA. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base della decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione Europea sul EU-US Data Privacy Framework, per le società certificate, e/o delle Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione (art. 46 GDPR). Puoi chiederci copia delle garanzie adottate scrivendo ai recapiti al punto 1.

7. Cookie

Tecnici (preferenze salvate nel browser: lingua e scelta sui cookie): non richiedono consenso e non ti identificano.
Analitici di terze parti (Google Analytics 4, cookie _ga e _ga_*): si attivano solo se clicchi "Accetta" nel banner. Se chiudi il banner con la ×, Google Analytics non viene caricato.

8. I tuoi diritti

In ogni momento puoi chiedere a BVO S.r.l., ai recapiti al punto 1:

l'accesso ai tuoi dati e una copia (art. 15);
la rettifica (art. 16) e la cancellazione (art. 17);
la limitazione del trattamento (art. 18);
la portabilità dei dati in un formato leggibile (art. 20);
di opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse (art. 21);
di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza conseguenze sui trattamenti già fatti (art. 7.3): per Analytics basta il pulsante "Preferenze cookie".

Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). Non usiamo i tuoi dati per decisioni automatizzate o profilazione.

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

Contact form	Name, email and message, to reply to your request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or a test. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Emails you send us directly	Email address and message content, to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in replying to messages received (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4)	Aggregated, pseudonymised browsing data (pages viewed, source, device, form submissions), with anonymised IP. Only if you click "Accept" in the banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical site data	Data needed to run and secure the site (e.g. server logs) and preferences stored in your browser (language, cookie choice). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f)); technical preferences need no consent.

3. Whether providing data is mandatory

Providing data in the form is optional, but without a name and email we cannot reply. Consent to Google Analytics is optional: if you refuse, the site works normally.

4. How long we keep data

Form requests and emails: for as long as needed to handle the request; if no business relationship follows, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and then as required by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).
Google Analytics: user- and event-level data are kept for the period set in the Analytics property (2 months); Analytics cookies stay in your browser for up to 2 years unless deleted or consent is withdrawn.
Technical preferences (language, cookie choice): stay in your browser until you delete them.

5. Who receives the data

Data are not published or sold. They may be processed, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), by the providers we use to run the site and email:

Resend, Inc. (USA)	Sending the emails generated by the contact form (sending servers in the European Union).
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC	Mailbox (Google Workspace) and, only with your consent, statistics (Google Analytics 4).
Render Services, Inc. (USA)	Website hosting.

Data may also be processed by authorised staff of BVO S.r.l. and, where necessary, by advisers (e.g. accountant, lawyer) and authorities, within the limits of the law.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google LLC, Resend, Render) are based in the United States, so data may be transferred to the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and/or the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can request a copy of the safeguards using the contact details in section 1.

7. Cookies

Technical (preferences stored in your browser: language and cookie choice): no consent needed, they do not identify you.
Third-party analytics (Google Analytics 4, cookies _ga and _ga_*): enabled only if you click "Accept" in the banner. If you close the banner with the ×, Google Analytics is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time:

At any time you can ask BVO S.r.l., using the contact details in section 1, for:

access to your data and a copy (Art. 15);
rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17);
restriction of processing (Art. 18);
portability of your data in a readable format (Art. 20);
to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out (Art. 7(3)): for Analytics, use the "Cookie preferences" button.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
